Invoicing platform is terrible!

Doesn’t let you edit or delete paid invoices or their titles. They have zero support, no phone number to call. You have to create a ticket and hope to get a response that isn’t helpful. We pay $19.98 a month and get zero support . Don’t use this one if you need it for invoicing.
Removing practice update notifications was a bad decision

This app used to work great. But the choice to remove practice update notifications has made it very difficult. Unless you pay for their upgraded services you don’t get notified of anything. Our team has missed practices because of this. That’s pretty unacceptable for an app that is supposed to keep your team running smoothly.
Badge Notification

Love the platform but can’t get rid of the badge notification always saying I have 1 notification. Drives me nuts! Wish this would have an easy fix.

Keeps saying needs an update

Every time my daughter’s coach leaves a message on this app, it says it needs to be updated to see the new message. I have checked and based on the Apple store, it is up to date. Tired of getting double messages.
Constant error messages

UPDATE: The developer worked with me to fix this issue. I now give them a 5star review!! This app was great organizing my 3 kids at first but now I get a message telling me to update the app every single time I receive an update or message for any of the teams. The app is updated but I can’t figure out how to stop getting that message every single time.
Chat delete option

It would be nice to archive or delete old Chat threads. Been using this app for a few seasons and the direct message chats are pulling up and no way to hide them like other apps.
Frozen screen

Generally works well but I’ve recently run into an issue where the app freezes on open and is unusable. Tried to contact help but the site is a dead end.

I Expect better. This is new low for me across the apps I use. I pay for multiple plans for the different teams I coach and now to get add free you want me to pay another $2/month? If a person is paying for one or more team Subscriptions they should get an ad free experience online and in the app. This is poor behavior on your part.
