This app never refreshes and it always have problems with the calendar, I always have problems with this app, it never reminds me about stuff properly.

We made some changes on the web but they won’t sync to the app (not the calendar but the actual app). This is now totally worthless.

The app needs a total overhaul or a 20 page manual. The layout is terrible. The message page is bizarre making you click the back button to switch from chat to alert to email. Emails don't show up until you pull the page down to refresh (happened upon that trick by accident) and they never are marked new. The ads are obnoxious and every individual phone needs to pay a monthly fee to be ad free. Unfortunately, we switched teams and we had to move from Team Manager and Sports Engine, both of which are superior in terms of being user friendly and easy to learn. I'm not a fan of this app.

Thanks to Team Snap, I have access to my grandson’s hockey schedule and my other grandson’s chess tournament schedule right on my phone. I love it!
