Easy

Mr.Lobals

This app works really well with as easy it is to navigate and use.

Unable to turn off Health Check feature

vtjoeh

I’m the coach of a soccer team and have happily used TeamSnap multiple years. The league I’m in has their own mandatory health check process. However, the TeamSnap Health Check feature can not be turned off. This is creating confusion because players and parents are not filling out the correct forms before practices and games. I pay money for TeamSnap to make communication easier, but now it is making things more difficult.

Not updating real time

Newmom2.0

Events are not updating real time. Something happened where added events are not updated for hours or the following day. I thought it might be a lack of background app refresh but there’s not option for that. Last minute practice or game changes are missed because the app doesn’t update immediately. Plus, sometimes the events show up twice for no reason.

Updates No Longer Highlight What Has Changed

TN Soccer Mom

The options for communication from the app are nice; a notification from the app and an email. What is missing in a recent update is in the email and the app notification you no longer see the changes in red. This was a great feature and highlighted the updates well. I would love to see it come back!!!!! With so much going on, all parents and athletes would benefit from having all changes highlighted.

Bring Classic Payments Back

!???

This app is great, but would be a 5 if you brought classic payments back. The new invoice system you have is impossible and never use it.

Love this app for soccer

Keriw24

Team Manager for a competitive soccer team and we’ve used this app for 3 years - love it! Great way to stay organized and in touch. Only complaint is I wish they’d bring back the old invoicing style as an option.

Not impressed

Chat never updates. I see the chats in my banners but when I open the app NOTHING Frustrating because I can’t reply or see full cont x2. Website feature doesn’t include chat so my children are missing opportunities

Great for organizing multiple teams

We use TeamSnap for both of my daughters’ soccer teams (I manage one and one is managed by another parent) Super easy to coordinate with other parents, find directions to games, which uniform to wear, and other things. My favorite part is that it syncs with Outlook so I can keep all of my schedules in one place. Great App!

Overbearing and Ad Heavy

gbolcer

This is the app several of our kids sports teams chose to standardize on. I am forced to use it about once a week. The interface is extremely advertising heavy and includes tiny banner ads that occlude the content. After closing the messages it also has pop up ads. To make matters worse, I get promotional emails from old teams and sports years later from teams that are no longer relevant. They do provide an ad free subscription, but given that I’m forced to use the app and so infrequently, it only causes resentment and frustration with the app and the whole team snap monetization model. Given that there are dozens of messaging apps and group apps that don’t harvest as much private data, I’m not sure this is the best choice even though it is geared towards sports teams.
