Too many ads

They’ve now added pervasive ads. It was fine when there was a banner in the middle of your schedule. Now, you have to wait through an ad just to see your schedule.
Poor features and terrible value

Other apps provide the same features for free. A lot of the features are only available in the web version and not the app. I used their invoicing feature to track some team expenses, some players used the app yo pay for the fees and it took over one week for me to see the funds in my account.

I’m a tm of a soccer team and i wish i was able to rearrange the layout of teamsnap so the important things to us were closer to the top. Some of the things are unnecessary and I would love to personalize it.
Remove political ads ...

Coming across entirely false political ads .... take them down. There’s no place for such nonsense on a children’s sports ad. Good grief. Desperation everywhere we turn these days.

Apps good and it does what it’s supposed to do, but don’t bother paying the monthly fee for no adds, while you don’t get the banner or hijacked screen adds, they still do work them into the page when you’re reviewing a teams page.

This App is great. Would be perfect if coaches would receive a notification when a player changes their availability status. (Ex. A player changes status from going to not going, coaches do not receive an update.). Other than that this App is perfect for any type of sports team.

New to this app this year after using Band for the past few years . So far it’s been great. The format is different but the roster list and contact features are fantastic!
The badge notification is not working

I don’t know why but recently after the update I show that I have five unread messages when I check my messages I don’t have any unread messages. When I get new messages it just adds on from the five that won’t go away other than that before it was a pretty good app but this is quite annoying to me now at the point debating on just deleting it and figuring out from his teammates what’s going on because I don’t like unread notification showing on my phone. Update First issue fixed itself after I sent in my review. However I’m still over this app they canceled practice four hours prior to practice I have no notification in my phone from the app. I check to make sure all my notifications are on and they are. I have to open the app to see that they canceled practice so I drove all the way out of the way to just drive back home for nothing. My plan is to find another app for them to use to tell them they need to start using that one because I’m over it

I love this app for keeping all 3 team schedules in one place HOWEVER I wish it didn’t take so long (typically overnight or longer) for games or updates to games (field/time change) to reflect on my google calendar. It’s caused confusion especially during tournaments more than once.
