Just not sure about this app

dbalge

I just don't believe some of the information it gives. For example, it tells me my heart age is more than my actual age 61. I put in around 250 minutes cardio exercises each day, BP is completely normal and my resting heart rate is never higher than 53. It is constantly reminding me about the benefits of walking when I haven't had a day in two months less than 20000 steps.

Love the app but sync problems

Been this sing for a couple of years. Latest update doesn't want to sync with Fitbit. Wrote support - yes it is "connected" and yet--- very buggy. Synced tonight, but last steps show from 2 weeks ago. Even then, the reflected steps are incorrect ?

Lots of data points, but where do I edit

UPDATE This was resolved! I made a mistake on a manual entry, and do not easily see where/how to edit this. I've sent support an email, and if there is no way to edit, then I will drop this to 2 stars.

A plus support

The technical support is fantastic. This a very helpful group of folks. Quick response and step by step directions could not have been more helpful. If only other software support was this good.

Very disappointing. Almost unusable.

UPDATE: I have been using this app for years now. My issues from before have been resolved somewhat, but now I have a whole host of others. My Fitbit doesn't ever sync, although it says it is supposed to. Now when I try to access the app, it asks me to synchronize. When I do that, it wants me to reenter my information. But it won't accept it. So I haven't been able to use it at all. I was extremely disappointed with my last update. I can now see my basic Fitbit data (steps and sleep) but no workout info. Also I used to sync Runkeeper with it, but that hasn't worked for quite a while. When I sent an email to the company, I got a standard reply of "we're working on it". Then later on when it still wasn't fixed I tried again and got no response at all. My manually entered data is not as robust as it was before. My cholesterol readings are not complete when before they were. I used to find great value in the app. I'm about ready to ditch it.

Amazing app. One of the most useful I have

This app brings your health data together to provide a consolidated view of key indicators that come together to improve your well being. I had a simple question about trends and contacted support and was impressed with both the response time and the incredible simple way to achieve what I wanted.

Tactio Tech Support

The app is fantastic! Tracks everything I want to track, easy to us, and plays nice with my apps for the devices I use. Exported a CSV file and on my iPad only 4rows of data appeared. After several tries with the same results, I sent tech support an email. I received a reply with the data file in less than an hour. Astounding. The file worked and had all my data! It later turned out to be an iPad issue not an app issue but the promptness of service is totally amazing! Keep that kind of user support going!!

Tech Support is Awesome

I have been using this app and its predecessor “Target WEIGHT for Adults” for over four years, but since they rewrote it as Tactio Health, also other data like steps from Apple Health. Just had an issue with data seemingly disappearing and sent an email off to support, not expecting a reply for days/ Instead I got an almost instantaneous reply and resolution!

too much info

carandash

so much to track. ugh. i've been using their weight tracking for over 6 years and i can't even import that data! bummer.

Welcomed me with “you’re overweight”

I like this app and it appears pretty expansive in terms of the various health criteria that it tracks. It even integrates with my Withings/Nokia account data for my smart scale. Unfortunately, the app has no provision to set BMI (body mass index) as one of the tracked health parameter. As a result, it continually yells at me that I am overweight, even though my BMI is ~17, and I would look pretty good in a speedo (if I owned one). My scale measures my BMI, so it would be great if that data were actually tracked. Absent this, some basic functionality is needed to personalize BMI/somatotype so that those of us with more muscle than average aren’t getting improper feedback and recommendations from the app.
