Good Work!

I'm an early adopter to this app. I use it to compile fitness data from various sources. It's helped me stay focused on healthy habits, increase my cardio, and watch my weight. Customer service is excellent. The team is very responsive, which was not always the case. I'm a big fan and hope Tactio continues to enhance and improve.

Broken app

Another app bites the dust. Crashes all the time. Support is rude and useless, when they actually bother to respond. I'm really getting tired of all my favourite apps becoming progressively less stable, or even abandoned by their developers.

Love the app but keeps crashing, please fix!

I downloaded the app last week and was working great until last night. It started crashing and not updating with fitbit info. Downloaded the new update today and its still crashing and not syncing. It opens for less than a minute and then closes, I've restarted the phone and the app several times and still nothing. Please fix it, this app is awesome and helps track so much!

How is it possible to destroy a great app. The level of ineptness is remarkable, the delay in fixing the destruction of the upgrade leaves much to be desired! What a disappointment! I'd give this -10 stars if it were possible!

Update broke app

I really like this app and am very disappointed that it stopped working after this update. Fitbit no longer syncs. Most of the time, the app works great but when it stops working, it's usually down for a long time. App updates need to be tested better because people rely on it. Update 12 days later: Fitbit sorta syncs but only the first data of the day so steps data is wrong. After 2 bad updates in as many years making the app marginally unusable for weeks, I'm about ready to start looking for a new one that I can rely on. Update 13 days later: Fitbit steps and scale started syncing more than first data. But it did not update the data from 9/11-9/21. Do I have to manually fix this or is Tactio still working on this issue? New update & broke again! Fitbit hasn't synced since & no response from support!

Have used this app for over a year. The latest update and it no longer accurately displays data collected from my fitbit. Support asked for a screenshot of all things. Fail update. Too bad. Let's see what apple has in store next week with their new health app Lost years of data. Time to delete. To bad as it was a great app several updates before.

As a physician this is a good application but there is one major problem- the application does not work and its interface engine does not work very well First the company needs to fire the software developers This has a been consistent problem AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
