Abandoned a great product

Target Weight by Tactio was the best weight tracking app on the market. Very simple, effective and visually appealing. No longer supported I guess, Apple warning says developer needs to update every time I start the app. And, the weight data backup feature reports an error every time also. I get wanting a more comprehensive app like this, but please bring back the simple, elegant solution Target Weight delivered on. And I paid for pro version

Needs Help!

This app worked great about a year ago. Now it is slow to update itself from other apps such as Fitbit. And when it does update itself, half the information does not update. It is very annoying now. iPhone pops up a message saying TactioHealth is slowing your phone down and it needs to be updated. That has been showing for months now. Surely the developer is aware. It's getting worse to use everyday. Too bad as it could be a useful and impressive app if it worked. I hope the developer can fix it.

What just happened?

Half way through creating my account it froze. I had to quit the app and restart. I finally managed to sync it to my Fitbit app but it says I have to enter my Fitbit data manually. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or what. It seems complicated and not very intuitive. This was on a 6s

Fantastic app - great for tracking and motivating myself to keep going!

I love this app. I have used it since 2011, I guess when it was first Tactio Health weight tracker and I upgraded somewhere along the way. There are many advantages to this app: 1) it pulls all of your information into one location. Weight, fat %, waist size, blood pressure, glucose, etc. 2) I use the Fitbit Aria scale and link it to the Fitbit app. The app links so everyday when I step onto the scale, automatically my weight and fat % are tracked. 3) Somehow there is a data backup (honestly not sure how I even set it up), but I have been able to restore my data after getting a new phone by just logging into my account. Love that I have had data tracked for 6 years. 4) You can download the data into xml file and email it to yourself. I'm a numbers person so any progress I can track helps motivate me, and I compare my performance to my other lifestyle trends (working out, thyroid issues, etc.). I am sure there are more benefits, but I really do like the app. I would say one improvement area would be to update the output format for the xml file - some of the output comes in a text file rather than a number (waist size 28" instead of 28, etc.) so it can't be graphed - updating these to number format would allow me better use of output. If you have trouble loading the app, just delete and reload. The customer support has been helpful to me to resolve those issues or help retrieve data.

I have used this app for more than five years and found it to be an excellent means to track critical health statistics. The few times (3x in 5+ yrs) I have needed help the support group has been prompt to respond and solve my issue. Definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to track important health data.

Not sure

Hmm I wanted something that can show the whole picture on one screen and this app does that however it frustrates me where some parameters seem to not update correctly. The big one is the Nutrition tab. Fit bit does not give you a breakdown of macronutrients where the app does except it seems to not sync everything. For example the display only show la breakfast calories, doesn't reset on the next morning and sometimes gets the macros right. Is this a bug? Am I not using the app right?

I absolutely LOVE this app, but

DiamondEquinox

I absolutely LOVE this app, but sometimes it does not show updates from Fitbit on the main screen (namely Nutrition and Sleep). If I click on the icon for Nutrition, it'll show my current food intake from Fitbit correctly (most of the time), but it Never reflects correctly on the main screen. Same with Sleep. Other than that, I love it! Hope this gets fixed soon. It's so annoying seeing insufficient color when I know it should be green.
