Steps don’t update. iOS 11.1. On iPad. iPad and iPhone are on the same network with a 4,000 step difference. They don’t sync.

I used to use this app a long time ago and was very happy with it, but now every time I close the app I have to create my profile all over again and link my health app and fitbit.

For the most part I like the new update, but PLEASE STOP asking me to turn on Bluetooth every single time I start up the app.

Continues to disappoint

Used for many years to track all my health info. Decided to take another look at it after the latest update, each update gets worse. No point in counting on this app any longer. Data never syncs.

It's useless. It was unusable before the update, and unbelievably, the update made it more unusable.

This was my go to app, found it much more useful than the Apple Health app. Lately it hasn't been very good or useful and each update is worse than the previous. I am frustrated with it giving me multiple entries of the same thing on a regular basis, open the app just so I can delete half the entries each day that are duplicates...not sure who beta test this app but they have failed consistently to improve the app or fix defects. I just gave up and deleted it.

I use this app primarily to track my weight, and I love it. I also have had excellent responses from their support team (I wasn't having problems with the app; I was just trying to import my weight history from a different app). I highly recommend!

Newer look, same glitchy problems as before

I really like the new look. It's a tad more difficult to maneuver if you're used to the old setup. It is still so glitchy though. I have yet to use it once without having to close and reopen the app because the screen blacked out or the data disappeared. Very disappointed.
