Would be Awesome... If it worked!

lalatam2

Every time I open the app, it freezes. Nothing more to say. Wasted money on a Pro version when I could have just used multiple apps.

Great app for all health related issues -- update 2/8/16

young2again

I track everything on this app, its a all in one package and just keeps getting better with each update. I am only missing one piece — I use digfit for HRM but have to share everything with runkeeper in order for Tactio to receive it. Please add digifit to your partner list, then I can rate the app a FIVE. 2/8/16 -- what happened to my app it freezes it's gone backwards is far as features and graphics I want my old version back!!

Used to be great.

This used to be a good app. Now it doesn't work!!

Keeps Freezing

oneluv380

Don't waste your time. Keeps freezing on me every time I open app. It deleted all my info from the past couple years, so now I can't see my progress. I can't enter any new info.

Useless bug "fix"

npisca

This is really laughable! New "update"d review: why do I keep caring about this app!?!? Each update is an absolute joke!!! I am not sure how tactio is releasing these updates?! It's as thought they are just buying time.

No support.

This app used to be great. Now I can't even get logged in. I have asked for 3 password changes and nothing. Looks like a lost 3 years or more worth of data. There is no one to call to help. Connected to my FitBit but useless will not sync. The app has really ticked me off. I had all kinds of health data in there and now I can't get to it. Very unhappy with this app and their non existent support

Awesome health tracking app, but...

It seems the developer is neglecting it a bunch. I really love this app, but the bugginess is just getting worse, and worse. If it was fixed, and cleaned up, I'd upgrade it to a five star review, but it freezes, is sometimes unresponsive, and just plainly doesn't work sometimes. Come on guys, your app was great when you actually seemed to care about it.

Fail

Yet another 0-star review (doesn't this company care?). You can't even see how their app looks without having to register at the first screen. Nope. DELETED! My medical info is personal, not going to give private info to some guy I never heard of just to try his app. Don't these developers understand what privacy is, especially when writing an app for Apple? Tim Cook should delete these people.

Still Awesome!!! - UPDATED March 22 2016

cmcculloh

This app is great. I've been tracking my weight with it for over a year and have no complaints. Definitely worth the buy! **** UPDATED MARCH 22 2016 **** Noticed that the app was not syncing in my fitbit data. Contacted support (through the app) and they very quickly got back with me with how to resolve the issue (log out of fitbit and log back in from within the app). This wouldn’t pull in the old data, it would only start tracking data starting from that point, which was initially disappointing. I looked around on the App Store for a replacement to Tactio for about an hour and couldn’t find anything else that compared. This prompted me to dig further into how to get my fitbit data into health kit itself to see if maybe I could just fix the problem once and for all and continue using Tactio (which, up until this happened I was 100% satisfied with for the last 3 years). I found a solution! I downloaded an app called “Data Manager for Fitbit” ($0.99). Once I downloaded that, it imported all of my Fitbit data into HealthKit —But then I had duplicate steps! So, what I did next was delete all of my step data as gathered by my phone out of HealthKit (Open HealthKit, click on the “Dashboard” tab at the bottom, click on the big orange “Steps” panel (which will be showing duplicate data), click “Share Data” and then scroll down. Click on “[your name]’s iPhone [version]”. Click “edit” and then you can either meticulously select each day all the way back to the day you started tracking with your fitbit, or, you can just click “Delete All” (top left). You’ll also need to go into the “Settings” app select “Privacy” > “Motion & Fitness” and turn _off_ “Fitness Tracking” (so it doesn’t keep tracking steps). Next I went back into the Tactio app and disconnected my Fitbit account from my Tactio Health App and just had it pull the data in from HealthKit only. Voila! All my Fitbit data is now synced into HealthKit which is synced into Tactio, which is even better than having it only in Fitbit and Tactio, because now it is tracked the same everywhere with one source of “truth” (tracked by Fitbit, stored and distributed/made available through HealthKit)

Poor support / App hardly works anymore

Lal80

I used to love this app until it broke a few months back. I reached out to their support and was told to reset password, which I had already done. I then sent step by step instructions with pictures of my issue and the never heard back. A month or so has passed and thought I would try installing this app again. I sign in and it just spins. Sat with it like that for 20 minutes before giving up. Don't waste your time on this app or the lack of support you get from the developers.
