Thank you!

Dear Tactio Team! You’ve developed a great application which helped me to track my metrics and achieve my goals. It’s a pity to hear that you decided to shut down the application. If the decision is driven by financial aspect, I would be happy to pay for the service, if you ever change your decision. I also would like to thank you for a thoughtful and advance notification about the shutdown, excellent support service and making data export process so easy! I will miss you!

Tactio shuts down Jan 30

Sad. Tactio was great app for tracking health metrics. Where to save its data? Tidy Health PHR enables downloads of files and/or screenshots. All personal healthcare info is stored locally on ur own device so no risk of losing ur data in future. It's really simple to use Tidy Health to protect ur medical records and Apple Health app to track metrics.

Great Health Monitoring App

Update: Just over a year ago this app stopped working smoothly upon upgrading to iPhone XS. Lots of back and forth with Support about uninstalling and reinstalling and data loss etc, until I was left with an app that worked but was veerry laggy, every press of a button took 4 seconds to react and Support just stopped helping me. I was just about to switch to different health app but the recent update release this month has fixed everything! I can finally rate the app highly again. —————— I started with the free version of this app back in 2010 when some others had lost my weight data I had been tracking for a year. It wasn't storing my data back then but I liked the interface so I used it most out of the few I had, then later it began storing my info and so I stopped using the others completely. Then a month or two ago I upgraded to the paid version and was pleased to see all the new things I could do with it. Spending the money was an easy decision for me because I was already satisfied from over two years of the free version.

This App does’t even load in iOS13 with latest update ver 7.44
Bradndi

So...they announce “death” of this app as of Jan 31, 2020....then release an update ver 7.44 that won’t even load in iOS13. Now my 5 years of using this app to faithfully enter my Bio-data ... I can’t get the data downloaded from their system. No response from their support team. No luck on getting MY data from them. Their (Tactio Health) business model is changing to Health Services.... don’t expect that business swerve to be any more successful than their APP business. I know I won’t ever consider using them. Will you?

Sorry to see this app go!

I want to thank the developers for keeping this free application going for so many years. I can honestly say that this app has consistently kept me focused on the most important aspects of my health, and far more so than other more complicated or expensive apps. Job well done, and I'm sure I express the gratitude of many other individuals.

Nice dashboard

Best app I’ve seen for getting a quick look at health overall Going to really miss this app. Too bad it’s shutting down. I hope I can find a similar app which has some of the same functionality. This app was pretty comprehensive. It could have been a subscription service. Oh well.

Best weight and health tracker available

Update 1/6/20 After announcing the app was closing down I was going to backup all my data. However when trying to log in on 1/1/20, my credentials are no longer accepted. I’ve tried numerous times since to no avail. I have years of data I’d like to save but there appears no way to do that, a full month before the app’s supposedly demise date. ————————————————- I've been using this app daily since January (2012) to track my weight, blood pressure and cholesterol. It has encouraged me to weigh every morning and as a result have lost 20lbs. I can honestly say that it is a great app to track one's health markers and has pride of place on my iPhone and iPad home screens. Syncing allows my to record on either my iPhone or iPad. Highly recommended and if you have only one health tracking app, this is most definitely the one to have

I can't even create an account to use the app. I'm rather lost as to why this very valuable feature is missing.

Great Health Monitoring App (maybe not)

Update: Every time I switch to a new phone and log in to this app it goes berserk. I enter my login info and instead of syncing and showing all my data it forces me to create a new profile (with exactly the same name and login info) and after deleting reinstalling and syncing as much as I could I finally got my old data back after a few days. Then a few more days later when things seem to be back on track it suddenly wipes my data and forces me to create yet another new profile right in the middle of using it. I’m terrified that my 8 years of health data is going to be lost because I chose to store it with this very unstable app. —————— I started with the free version of this app back in 2010 when some others had lost my weight data I had been tracking for a year.
