Lost all weight data for 2015

This update is horrible! It lost all the weight data I've been inputting for over a year! Useless!!!

Since the update this app is totally f****d up, does not work

A new update is supposed to improve a product. The new version no longer automatically updates the date… so users have to now manually update the date… but the APP seems to be stuck in Groundhog Day because… it the only data recorded is for the current day… and all past data is lost. The last time I have an ongoing data record is early summer… since then… it has been Groundhog Day…

...and it's off my iPhone since this update version, it was getting a little slow to be useful. This version fixed that, adding and updating all its components. Pity it took functionality out. Can't sync (specially fitbits), can't logging, can't cross platform sync, etc. Was one of the best health apps if it's time. Out until next update ={

Broken app

Another app bites the dust. Crashing all the time. All my data is gone. I'm really getting tired of all my favourite apps becoming progressively less stable, or even abandoned by their developers.

This app is a great way to track and store all your data related to your health: blood pressure, cholesterol, weight, exercise, etc. I have been using it for years. The "heart age" and color circles (red, orange, yellow, and green) have motivated me to make positive changes in my life. Love that it uploads data (sleep, steps, and exercise) from my UP2 fitness tracker. I have never had any issues with the app. The one time I had a question, support replied to my email quickly and gave me detailed instructions. Highly recommend this app!!

can't add weight data anymore

stuck at 192.2

was a nice app till the update. every time i add weight data the tactioSync appears and all new data is wiped out. Lost all data

I LOVED this app - used it on a daily basis. Never had a problem syncing with my Fitbit One...until I installed the latest update. Syncing is now a crapshoot, and even when it does work, some things sync, some don't. What's worse...I lost ALL of my data, years' worth! It's useless to me now; looking for another app. Pity.

I have used this app for several years and I used to absolutely love it!! I don't know what happened but it has gone down down down. It's one glitch after the next and they don't get solved! I purchased the pregnancy module - which was not cheap - and it simply doesn't work. It's been months with tech support and this is still not fixed. I'm also having an issue with syncing my data from Fitbit. Again, this used to work fine but I don't know what they changed in the tactio app and all of a sudden nothing works. Before that they had a problem where I seemingly lost all my data!! It's been one issue after the next. Come on guys! This app used to be so great. Please let's get this show back on the road!!

Sync not working

Useless app. Used it for many years, but now it freezes, doesn't sync or stay connected. Time to put this one away for awhile.
