Can’t customize all items

The app is slow. On some of the menu items, it will not allow you to customize them however you want. Sweet tea is not listed as a drink option, only unsweetened tea.
Just missing one thing! NACHO CHEESE

Love the app and the ability to order ahead and know that it’s easier to customize it this way. The one thing I wish the app had was an option to order sided of nacho cheese!!! Please make this happen!

I’ve lost 3 Taco Bell accounts from this app and can’t log into any of them, even when I press log in to Facebook it doesn’t even work. Very disappointed in the app, every time it says fixing minor bugs with the updates but it has a major bug that needs fixed.

I have used this app successfully in the past, but after updating to the latest version today I used it to order food. I went to checkout, paid for everything, then got an error message (uh-oh something went wrong). My order is still in the cart and the restaurant confirmed that they did not get it. However, my credit card is showing the charge. The app doesn’t have a customer service number I could call. I never got the food I paid for, and wasted too much time on this.

i normally don’t write app reviews, but this app is so bad, i just had to. i have used twice and both time the app messed up the order. the first order it deleted or did not sent to the store several items - the drink, taco & burrito on a combo the second order placed at 6:00pm it changed the pickup time to after 9:00. the app then told me the order was ready for pick up at 6:15. when to store they did not have the order and could not make it until the app sent the order at 9:00. if i wanted to eat at 9 i would order at 9! they say you get what you pay for and in this case they were correct.
Loved it but can’t sign in anymore

I have been unable to sign into my account repeatedly. I signed up through Facebook and repeatedly get notified through Facebook that I did in fact sign in, only for the Taco Bell app to tell me to sign in again. The link to app support provides no options for assistance that I can find, maybe I can’t see through my frustration. I was just getting up to my rewards and was excited to use them. Ordering through the app was so easy. But now I’m frustrated that that ease and reward has been voided and weirdly all this annoyance it is turning me off of going to Taco Bell.
