If I could give 0 stars, I would. Neither the app NOR the website seem to ever want to work when I try to order through them. Every time I get to the payment screen, I enter my payment information correctly EVERY TIME, double check EVERY TIME. And yet, I always get an error message and am never able to complete the payment. I have tried ordering through the app and website multiple times, my boyfriend has as well, and it is always the same result. This needs to be fixed.

This app won’t run any of my cards, I have rewards that are expiring and I cannot use any of them. No one will get back to me or contact me.
TB’s rewards are probably the worst in the industry.

App works fine, as long as the stores employees have been trained. I’ve come across several locations who had no idea how to deal with a mobile order. But the rewards are absolutely terrible. Very small selection of stuff that I never order. People should earn points and order whatever they want like every other rewards program. I pretty much use it to ensure that my order is put in correctly. That’s about it. Rewards are useless for me.

I’ve tried this app multiple times over the last year or so. I keep deleting it for the same reason I’m about to do again. I’ve been trying to order online since it has the online exclusive of the cravings box. I have a family of 5 so it’s by far the cheapest way to go. Whenever i get to the payment part, it always tells me something went wrong, can’t process payment, and to choose a new payment method. I’ve tried all 4 cards that my family has and every one of them gets the error. I’ve tried 2 different locations too! It’s a rare treat to eat out but it looks like Taco Bell won’t be one of them any longer.

I can’t log into my account, or crate a new account since the last update. It recognizes I have an account, but never signs me in.

Ordered off this app a few times but now it will not let me log in so frustrating tried resetting password even though I know I’m using the right password

Tried numerous times to make a purchase adding a gift card, as the previously stored gift card did not have adequate funds to cover the purchase. Continual message, “oops something went wrong…we are working on it!” Finally after 30 minutes I was able to at least enter the gift card information, but then it said “ gift card authorization failed “. I then called the number for balance inquiry and it reported as the purchase amount being available on the card, however would still not accept it. When I put in my zip code, attempting another location , it provided me with a pick up location in Maryland when I am located in the Pittsburgh area. A ton of work with no success in ordering on the app. After all said and done, missed the deadline for the purchase I was trying to make. I would not trust providing my credit card information on it. Worst app ever. Only gave one star in order to post this review .
