its really annoying trying to figure out what that i've ordered the restaurant doesn't have. it would be exponentially easier to just idk.. tell us? if the app knows that one of the items isn't available then shouldn't it tell us which ones? so we don't have to guess and try and reorder. just had a problem today (for reference im vegetarian) where anything i substituted beans for would say unavailable, even black beans and i tried multiple different burritos to see if maybe it was the burrito part of it? but i simply couldn't order beans and i never figured out for sure what ingredients that i couldn't order with. you have the ability to show us what’s unavailable but dont?

Can’t use the app without having to login. Seriously?!? Every other app can update itself and not require a new login. This one? Nope. Restaurant is closed. Can you order pickup via drive through?! Nope. And now jumping into the stupid subscription bandwagon?! Fudge no.
Operation flawed. Doesn't work. Slow when it does work. And rice is not vegetarian!

?The app regularly won't accept my cc payment! After going through several detail of order it refuses to accept payment. Awful! ☹️The food is NEVER ready when we get there. NEVER. I hit I'm here sometimes mikes away and the order is not put in until I get to the drive thru and tell them. THIS SAVES NO TIME. should just as well order when we get there. ?Last but not least. Was told "fresco" meant no dairy. Now we are told there IS dairy in the RICE. Are you kidding. One of the few places you can get some vegetarian fast foods and now you poison the rice? TACO BELL misses the boat on the app AND with the menu. The BELL ain't ringing anymore from here.

The app is fine and provides nice online deals. However, it is annoying how often it forgets my username and password and requires me to log in again.
Best app UI, food ready when you are

Easiest interface I’ve seen across apps. I can actually swipe to go back. More importantly, I don’t have to be there in person (I can choose when) to check in before they start my order so the food is ready by the time I’m there.
