Can’t use rewards

Everything was great but then I am not able to use any of the rewards that I have earned. It claims that there is an issue with my card when it goes for payment. It bills me at first but refunds me within a minute. They should fix this because I have a reward that’s going to expire and then some that will expire next month. I do a lot of business here and order for the people at work a lot. Fix these bugs and you get 5 stars.

Keeps making me put in my order

The app lets me select a pickup spot, then select my food, but when I click the cart it deletes everything and asks me to start over.

Whether it’s the website or the app DONT expect to get anything done. I live in Sacramento, the capitol of the dang state and they say I’m off the grid and can’t find any near me. I live within 5 minutes of 3 different ones. It doesn’t load, it closes out of nowhere, and I scared my dog by yelling about it so I blame them for that too lol. But I’m all seriousness they need to do some serious work here
Worst app I’ve ever had

It constantly asks me to re-enter my user name & PW and then reads that it’s incorrect. When I request an email to reset it, it reads that it was sent but never shows up. It’s a rip off when you have e-cards to use.
Stop sending me notifications

I’ll change my review once they fix their bug. I get notifications even though I set it to no notifications in the app.

This is the buggiest app on the App Store, embarrassing for a company of this size. Can’t even find my location so I can’t select a store near me to order. Pathetic honestly.

When I go to open the app it logs me out, and it won't let me log in. It always says my password is wrong and I can't access my account. I have 35 dollars in gift cards on the app and I cant even access it.

I love t bell so much- app is okay easy to navigate sometimes it logs me out. Isn’t a problem for me. How ever I wish they would bring back the rolled chicken tacos they’re so good and if they did I would give a 5 star.
