Taco Bell is amazing, their app however was seemingly thrown together poorly. It constantly logs you out and seems to have issues where it crashes if you try and use Apple Pay. After trying to log in several times using the correct password, but getting constant failed to log in messages - I tried changing my password. Still can’t log in with a new password. Maybe it’ll let me log-in tomorrow. Maybe it won’t. Fighting with an app to even use it, especially when you’ve purchase the new Taco Pass is just crazy. So beware out there. Maybe use Grubhub or show up at the drive thru as this app is truly more trouble than not.
Faster to just use drive-thru normally

Got the app thinking somehow my experience would be faster and/or easier, but after selecting each item and carefully typing in my credit card info, I was informed I STILL had to wait in the drive thru line before they’d even start making my order. So, exact same amount of time waiting in the drive thru, plus I had to manually enter my credit card info instead of just letting them swipe it at the window. If they want people to use the app, there should be SOME benefit, right? The app itself worked okay. Some glitch resulted in unwanted items showing up in my cart but I caught it before I ordered. Of course it didn’t matter because I got the wrong items anyway, but that’s an issue with the store, not the app.
Never lets you sign in

I have made an account and it will never let me sign in. You can make multiple accounts and it will never sign you in. I have even deleted the app multiple times, redownload it, and still never been able to sign in.
First time leaving a review to give 1 star. THAT TERRIBLE APP.

Can’t place an order

Tried multiple times to place an order using my debit card (my card works every where else) and it kept rejecting my payment, gave up and deleted it the app.

The stores won’t ever refund you say they are out of a product or simply closed but the app allowed you to be charged. The only way is by calling the 1-800 number that expects you to deal with the store while the store wants you to call the 1-800 number
Can’t even log in

I can’t understand how such a big company like Taco Bell can’t create a usable app. Can’t even log in. This is literally the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. I‘ve tried logging in with Apple and creating an account to log in with Apple and nothing. Would like to order something in advance to pickup but that’s not possible. Hope this app can get fixed.
