Love the way the app functions for ordering BUT

Ordering and customizing is super easy on the app - I especially like making Taco Bell favorites vegetarian with one click! Sadly two times in the past few weeks I have put through my mobile order in the app and been charged for my order, but have then received an “uh oh something went wrong” message. Drive to the restaurant only to find out my order was not transmitted. Very frustrating! Had to replace the order at the speaker (with all my veggie mods) and pay with my debit card. Still charged for the original mobile order. Now I’m afraid to use the app!

The app is OK, but Dr. Pepper isn’t an option on the app even though it is as the restaurant.

I was going to order from Taco Bell and noticed that I was no longer a Fire Member and all of my points were gone! I had to log in again and everything was gone! I tried getting in contact with someone but to no avail. I even sent in a complaint but nothing!

I like being able to order online, but basically pointless when you still have to sit in the drive through to have 5 other customers order ahead of you just picking the order up.

THE AMOUNT OF TIMES I HAVE TRIED TO LITERALLY THROW MY MONEY AT TACO BELL AND IT DECLINES MY PAYMENTS IS INSANE. BEEN DOING THIS FOR YEARS. THE ONLY APP IVE EVER BEEN SO INFURIATED AT THAT I WANT TO CHUCK MY PHONE AT A WALL. ONLY WAY TO GET QUESARITOS IS THROUGH THIS APP UNBELIEVABLE

This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. At first it worked fairly decent then it wouldn’t connect to the store (there is only one store within 50 miles of me). Then after a while it started connecting again and it’d take your payment and right after payment it’d come up with an error message not giving you a confirmation message. So it wouldn’t submit the order but it would charge your account. They took the items off the store computer that I order so simply going in isn’t an option apparently. So I’m stuck using this app that never works and customer service can’t even get me my money back because “we don’t deal with the app that’s a different number you have to call” then give me a disconnected number.
