This app is a mess. It’s beyond a mess. It’s unusable, totally (seemingly intentionally) disorganized, and a third of pages are just white. Nothing on them, so you can’t get to settings or critical information. Anybody who had anything to do with the development and delivery of this app should be embarrassed. Ashamed, really. If there was ever evidence of a dishonest company juicing their review aggregate, this is it. Pretty much every single review of this spectacularly dysfunctional, poorly designed app is one star, yet somehow the overall score is 5 stars. I guess that shows how entirely untrustworthy both T-Mobile AND Apple are. But back to my point: this app suuuuuuuuuuucks. If only T-mobile had even a little bit of respect for their customers.

I can sign in on a desk top, but I can not sign in on my phone, that is NOT good, at all because I pay my bill through the APP?????‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️


OOPS WE HIT A SNAG

I can’t purchase anything through the app. I’ll select the product, color, add insurance, etc but right before showing the price an error “OOPS WE HIT A SNAG” CONSTANTLY pops up on the mobile app & i can never move forward with my purchase ??‍♂️ I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for 7 yrs, and I’d like to add more products but this error prevents me from doing so! PLEASE FIX IT.

App simply doesn’t work. I successfully login and am greeted with “Sorry, something went wrong. We weren’t able to process your request at this time. Try again later.” Utterly useless app.


Half works and it's getting worse

The half of the app that works are good - easy to navigate and loads quick. But the problem is half of the app doesn't work. Bills, Shop all load blank pages and Coverage Map doesn't do anything at all when you tap it. I used to have Orders listed as a page that doesn't load but it appears to have been removed. The Home Screen has changed to just a bunch of "Account Setup" links that I've already setup. Only use case for this app is if you don't have Auto Pay turned on and you need to pay a bill but you're getting one of those all too common 503 errors trying to sign in on the website.

After I change my cell number… I can’t login what is going on? ??‍♀️Who is fixing this thing?This is going on for a month now, and it has not been fixed. Trying to pay my bill… you guys don’t want the money?

They don’t care it’s been like this for years

Terrible, the only thing in this app that works consistently is home page, and the shop page. This is what I expect from a company that bit off more than it can chew. You should have waited for sprint to fail then gutted it for the resources instead of the crap “merger” you’re dealing with. I have to say that the NVMO provider’s apps are managed way better and improve actual functionality and stability, although sometimes their process are annoying, know that you will actually will get something done unlike this hot garbage. If you really need T-Mobile towers try Mint Mobile, or US Mobile
