Difficulty loading bills and shop. Restarted app and still not loading. Happens very often. Just stuck on loading...

If you have a mobile hotspot with a pre-paid, data-only plan, you cannot use the T-Mobile app to recharge data. When you try to setup a T-Mobile ID, it asks for an e-mail address then the phone number of the hotspot. UNFORTUNATELY, if the hotspot is unable to receive the verification code, for any reason, there is no way to setup an account. It has an option to send the verification code to another phone number, but that number MUST be a T-Mobile number. If this is supposed to be a security feature, it is stupid, because all it means is that if the device is stolen and the thief has a T-Mobile account, they can still setup an ID and successfully steal it - it only deters non-T-Mobile thieves!

Terrible all around app. Nothing ever loads on there. Only button that works is the log out button. How do you expect me to pay my bill if nothing loads? I’ve tried on and off wifi, deleting the app, everything. It’s just a low quality app. Lost a customer. Heading over to AT&T now.

Prepare million passwords before you are ready to use this stupid app! Because you have to change it every 2-3 month, and you cannot use anyone you have ever used before!
Certain tabs won’t load

The app will not let me go to shop or bill tab. It just loads for a crazy amount of time then nothing happens. I’ve never been a huge fan of the app but at least it used to work.

I’m strictly reviewing the app as for the service you get was you paid for. However the app is not that great to use. It’s constantly crashing, it loads slowly and doesn’t update after you’ve paid your bill. I rather just use T-Mobile website because it works better than the app.
The app is terrible

This is probably the worst app T-Mobile could have come up with. The shop feature constantly says loading but never moves. The website is just as bad. Do better T-Mobile.
