I have never been able to top up my prepay using this App. Always have to use the website.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro, I called to have my data and wifi fixed. By the time the agents were finished I could no longer text from my number and even my calls don’t go through properly. I’ve been on the phone for several hours and have been working for months to have the issues fixed. I’ll probably switch carriers
Sign in functionality is completely broken.

Tried app on 3 different phones, login accepts the credentials and then just kick me back to the app home screen. Subsequent attempts to go to login keep redirecting back without even asking for credentials. Completely useless!

The app has been giving problems for the last month or so. It could be long but I don’t really use it. This becomes a problem when it’s time to pay your bill on the go or you want to glance at it for you other lines. At first I thought it was my phone but that’s not the case being I got a new one. I was on the phone with the Tech support on Friday which the said it should be fixed by Sunday now here it is Monday and still cannot get into the app smh!!!
