Constantly crashes/glitches

This app has potential but every time I use it I get error messages, it shuts down or it just doesn’t function. The challenges and info seem good but again trying to complete anything in the app I have to try multiple times and on multiple different days as it just doesn’t work. Disappointed in how it functions- as it doesn’t function most days

What is the point of this app if I can’t even see my plan details and id here? When I click your plans, it says my plan information isn’t available here.
Insulin Pump Supplies

It has been hell trying to order insulin pump supplies. Have called 23 in network DME providers with no insulin pump supplies.

I cannot get the new Sydney app to work! Why did you force me to change from the Anthem app that worked fine to this inoperable system?
Update: now works with HealthKit
