Payment never goes through

Never wants to process payment no matter how you pay. Debit, Apple Pay nope. Error message every time.

I have an account but it won’t let me sign in. The button to sign in after typing the info in just remains dull and unclickable.
No way to get refund

If part of your order is not delivered, the app offers no way to get that refunded but just says to call the store. When you call, the store will tell you to drive over and pick it up. Not acceptable.

When I place a mobile pick up and I show up 5 minutes early, it is rude for an employee to point out “well we don’t have your order ready because it says not to pick up until 1120” And also, the lid was not snapped on my salad so it broke open in the bag, as well as I got a regular cup instead of the large I paid for.

Extremely slow. Keeps looping back to some default message! Screen keeps freezing up!

The app has never worked correctly for me, from crashing when order is nearly complete over and over to now not opening without a non functional popup hindering the app from functioning at all. I cannot click through any aspect of the program or use the app at all. Waste of space on my phone as of right now, and yes, I’ve updated and reinstalled.
Good, but beware when using gift cards

I was leery about the app at first because I truly want my sandwich MY way, but they have done a pretty good job so far. My beef is with the mobile ordering. If you have 1 penny less than you need for your order on a gift card? Sorry about your luck. You can’t use 2 payment methods. So I hope that I can still use my gift card from the app in restaurant because otherwise I have $5 sitting there in a gift card that will never be used. ? The rewards program is pretty lacking as well. $2 off after spending $xx? Cheap! And they expire so quickly and you can’t stack them. Not worth it. Weigh the risks for yourself.
