Customer service – Subway® Review
When I place a mobile pick up and I show up 5 minutes early, it is rude for an employee to point out “well we don’t have your order ready because it says not to pick up until 1120”
And also, the lid was not snapped on my salad so it broke open in the bag, as well as I got a regular cup instead of the large I paid for.
