This used to be a great app. Functional, clear, and arguably “fun” user experience where you could see the layers of your sandwich to customize it and specify less or more of an item. The best user experience I’ve seen. Then they had an update and it’s terrible. I almost always forget to ask for my sandwich to be toasted because it isn’t a clearly visible option, and most recently it didn’t even prompt me to customize, it just immediately added to cart and i had to go back and edit it (but still forgot to ask for it toasted!!!!) Bring back the fun sandwich builder version :(
Hands down one of the worst apps I’ve ever used

So buggy it doesn’t even work, impossible to check in because it errors out, can’t see prior orders because it errors out, and I lost all my rewards randomly because, you guessed it, it errored out. Honestly embarrassing such a bad product got released
Doesn’t let me pay

Everything works fine on the app until I go to pay. I try 3 different cards and it keeps saying “default” or “error” so I go on the website and it works the first time. Will not be using app again.
App Not Ready for Launch

This app has several issues. There are items such as seasonings (i.e. pepper) that are not available to add to your order. It also does not support any coupons that are sent out.

I only used the app because the workers was so busy with online orders I became invisible so I order to place my order I left and downloaded the app and got my food so thanks for the app

Only because there were no options to select salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. So I had to go to a location... with a mask... with 6 feet of distance... around a few people. Much more simple if I can just get what I need through the app and go scoop it up.
Fraudulent not secure

After uploading gift cards with account showing correct balance next time I opened the app to use shows zero balance. The help is useless after filling out the contact us from the app it fails saying topic required when it clearly has topic displayed on the topic line. Save yourself from the time lost trying to figure out how to get my gift card back won’t let me put zero stars
