Inefficiently Designed App

It asks me to confirm location twice — before I order and then again afterwards. Apple Pay is the only method of payment I have provided yet each time I order, it makes me select it before finalizing the order. Clearly, the developers don’t eat their own dog food.

Are use the SUBWAY® app for the first time today. It was a good experience easy to navigate and specify exactly how I wanted my sandwich to be done!

Not all options that are offered in the store are present on the app. Salt and oregano are the two I noticed, but there may be others. I needed a special instruction to add this two ingredients. Other than that, the app works great and allows for quick and easy-to-use ordering.

Today I tried ordering a meal & when I went to checkout it said my restaurant couldn’t fulfill my order. So I waited a while & tried again. Same message, “this store can’t fulfill this order”. So I went somewhere else. After I got home I found out they charged me 4 times, about $30. There is no way to fix it with the app. Your can only contact them about certain topics from a prepared list. As a result I can’t get a refund for any of this.

Every time I place a order for a sandwich in the app, when I go to add it to my cart, it says an error occurred and nothing goes through. It has happened in multiple locations, times and settings I have attempted. Nothing seems to work.
