App glitches

This app started spazzing on me charged my bank account for a sandwich that I never got! Irritated not sure why it went through With charging my order and it not registering? The glitching seems to be ongoing not the first time app gave me problems. I’m deleting this. It worked a few times but overall when it comes to charges costing me extra money not worth it.

Most of these fast food apps either are unfinished or don’t work the way you think they should. I have never once had trouble with the subway app.
Won’t let me order cheese pizza

The app is now forcing you to select a topping on the pizza, and even when I select extra cheese for the topping it still gives me an error that I have to select a topping. Never had this issue before. Please fix.

The subway app let you know about 15% off deals that are really worth getting, it’s easy to navigate, it won’t show up with rewards for cashback on future sndwiches, it has all the options, and there is comment sealed in case you want to ask for something special. However, even on a fast connection, it takes a few seconds to switch between screens every time that Hass to happen. Annoying. Still, alcohol, a great app
Buggy and weird app

This app is very frustrating. Aside from being difficult to use and losing orders... Today I ordered and went to the store at 12:00 the app said my order would be ready at 1:30! The store can’t see the or order or change it if they could. I ended up just ordering another. At 1:30 when my second sub is made I guess it’s just lost money. No one to call no support. Deleting the app.

Love my subway app!! Super easy, have my few favorites saved for a faster check out. Comes in handy when the line is so long in and out of the store. Why didn’t I find this app sooner?!

You can’t check out as a guest even though it gives you the option but you don’t find out until you’ve gone through the entire order process. I’ve also had my online pick up orders canceled for no apparent reason or explanation so I wasted time going to the store to pick up since I didn’t feel safe waiting in line due to social distancing.
