I wish I hadn't glanced at the reviews and read them instead. Instead, I downloaded the app to give it a whirl. To use the app, you need to do the following: 1) Create a Subway account 2) Verify your email address to even begin ordering 3) Add a payment method to checkout (no option to pay at the pick-up location like with some pizzerias) #3 is the real doozie because you will find the app rejecting your attempts to add the credit card, then once you somehow get it to accept the card on the hundredth try, the payment gets declined. I added two Chase cards and ran into this problem and spent more time trying to order than I could have by just going in person to order. No option for Apple Pay = epic fail, Subway!

This app is horrible, not even sure how it was approved to be on the App Store. Come on subway, you're a corporation and you can't even make a simple app?

Couldn't check out

Ordered by sandwich and tried to check out. Clicked check out multiple times and was unsuccessful. Kept getting prompted to check out. Disappointing. Tried to save time on my lunch break and ended up missing it altogether.

Worst app!!

Every time I try to checkout it says payment declined and there is plenty of money on my card. What is the point of having the app if I can't have my card on there. It's pointless and ridiculous. If there were a zero star that's what you would get. Congratulations Subway. You lost a customer that spends nearly $10 a day there. Fix the app for other loyal customers but you lost me.

It's way easier to just go online. The payment system is slow and unreliable. And what's the point of uploading a card to their wallet if it has to be verified each time? Deleted it.

Just use their website.

This app is so helpful for a busy mom on the run. There are so many opportunities for improvement, though. 1. Leave the options to 'make it a meal' generic, i.e. bag of chips, 2 cookies, or cup of soup. 2. Add a cup of soup to the list of options when you 'make it a meal'. It's an option in the store so it should be an option in the app as well. 3. Add the make it a meal option to the personal pizzas. 4. Swiss and provolone cheeses are not included in the list of cheese choices but are always an option in store.
