Literally refused load while shopping and paying. And the user interface is moderate at best

Bring back peapod. This app is awful. Not user friendly. Takes forever to find products. No option to sort by brand. Useless coupons. How about coupons for actual food! Most coupons are for personal care products.

New version crushed

It crushed after I updated to newest version. Before wrote this review, I have already tried twice uninstalled and installed again, it not works at all.

New update makes coupons harder to find and load. “Go” rewards are geared for shopping on line. Sometimes they say load to card, other times there is only the option to load to cart. I seem to miss more weekly coupons now.

Ever since the update to the logo with two dots, NO clipped coupon in tha app has EVER been applied to my shopping order, despite scanning my card number EVERY TIME.

This app no longer works on my iPad, to use it I either have to buy an iPhone or new iPad, not worth it to me. Why not make it compatible to older version of the iPad.

Coupons don’t work properly and manufacturers coupons barcodes doesn’t scan then if they call the manager to fix it, they come and look at you in a rude way like you are a shoplifter want to take their products for free and they dumps don’t know how to read their own company receipts to check what’s in their, why do you offer us manufacturers coupons if you hate us to use them, plus a lot of expired food and spoiled food they put it for clearance and reduced prices.I do not recommend shopping here unless in emergency or quick shopping for couple items

Would be great if anything was actually listed on the app. 75% of the stuff that’s in store is not on the app. Useless.

Rewards

It used to be simple to use rewards for purchasing gasoline. Now I need the APP which I don’t want and prior to using the rewards I have to specify how I want to use them. Not one time specification but each time. Useless to me, I think I’ll check out Shop-Rite.

Update 10/13/20: Still a poor app. Developers and testers must be high. I called support and was told to delete the delivery instructions before checking out. WHAT??How about you actually TEST the app before releasing it? What a concept. Bad app! 10/12/20: Had to switch from Peapod app to stop & shop app. What a piece of unusable junk! I spent an hour selecting my groceries, selected my delivery day/time and tried to checkout. I spent another hour trying to figure out why I kept getting a cryptic “checkout error” with no explanation, just a blank red bar. This happens on iPhone AND iPad. I double checked my credit card and address info. Everything was exactly correct as it was in the Peapod app (which worked great). This stop & shop app is useless and I am switching to Hanniford’s to go or Walmart. Too bad you guys don’t know what SQA means! Test much? This app is junk. Don’t bother downloading it. Waste of time!
