I have to give this one star. I couldn’t remember if I had an account or not. So I tried to set one up. It said I have one already. Shrug ok. But then it said account not found. Well I finally get that all figured out. I log in with my info and after all that it tells me my account is inactive and I need to call customer service. Wow what a waste of time! Sure won’t be using this app any further. Delete.

If I could I would give this app 0 stars. This app actually just keeps getting worse and worse with every update. I can’t just browse everything that’s on sale, I have to pick categories and o have to go through three menus to get there. I know what I’ve bought before so having that as an options is completely useless. You can no longer click an item that is for sale and add it to a shopping list. THIS APP IS SO BAD I AM GOING BACK TO USING THE NEWSPAPER CIRCULAR! Thanks for making something that worked great into something that is utterly aggravating and impossible.

9/28-still not working. Forced to update and now the app doesn’t work at all. - after a hour and 10 minutes on the phone with Stop & Shop, it still doesn’t work. They don’t know why. Still terrible. I’ve uninstalled, turned off, nothing.

I hate to give this 1 star but the App forces portrait mode. I have an iPad in a case with a keyboard that forces landscape mode. No, I’m not going to remove my iPad from it’s case just to work with this app.

I had posted a review some months ago and received a response from the ‘Developer’ giving me a phone number to call. I tried the number and never found a live person. Trying the different options all I got was disconnected - kind of like this app. Give me a number answered by a LIVE, English speaking person who knows how to code and maybe things can get fixed. What’s wrong? As so many others have complained we CANNOT create a manual list. Yes, I can pick something off the created lists but how can I specify my requirements for the item to be purchased? This is a requirement for buying meat. If a particular cut of meat is available I need to be able to specify size, what I’m looking for in the meat I want to purchase (how marbled is the meat?) how thick or thin, how many pieces per package? I live in a multi-generational household so whatever I enter on a list must appear EXACTLY on the phone of whoever is doing the shopping regardless of whether the person has an iPhone, Samsun, Google, etc. I must be able to sort the list based on the store I’m using - not all stores are laid out in exactly the same configuration. And, not all items are available in all stores. This app is not conducive to efficient shopping - a requirement given the current pandemic situation.

I’m a little jealous of the other raters who are able to use the app enough to hate it. I can’t get past login. Won’t accept my ID/PW no matter how many times I verify my ID and reset my PW. Never had this issue before this version.

I fell like this gives less discounts and sales. Also, Peapod was a better website.
