Love it because it's the only way I know of to hear all Teacher's Lounge episodes. However, you know how every podcast uses episode numbers? Not Stitcher! I have to Google the episode I want to listen to and find its release date and then go back to Stitcher. Also, you have to play an episode and then tap the info button if you want to see who is on the episode and it's not always listed. Howl did a better job with UI than Stitcher. I shouldn't have to open the iPhone podcast app to see who I'm listening to on Stitcher. "We're normal now."

The app is unpleasant to navigate, not only is there a bizarre combination of swipes and clicks to get around but the buttons are just a shade different from the background and are too easily over looked. Not only do you have to work at finding the content you want, the mechanics of the app are equally frustrating. Often the podcast I’m listening to will suddenly stop and say it’s no longer available. Now this could be a third party issue (ie soundcloud) but the one that really bugs me is even tho I’ve set my playback preference to play oldest to newest it refuses to do so and will always play the next oldest. Why?!

I am on a road trip with spotty cell service so I downloaded a bunch of episodes so I would have them. When I went to listen to them, they were all gone. I thought I screwed up so I re-downloaded them and this time watched the download. Went to listen to the and poof they were gone yet again. Back to Apple Podcast. At least they don’t delete downloads that haven’t been listened too

App will lose my place mid podcast, sometimes the lock screen buttons don’t work, can’t skip commercials in free podcasts..., side nav is slow to use, and whyyy do I want a woman saying “resuming episode” every time I hit play?? I like being able to group podcasts into categories, but there’s no easy way to switch from the episode I was listening to in my comedy list to the episode I was listening to in my history list. Recommendations are pretty wack... “Because you like Threedom: Bible Study Ephesians 4” unless that’s some hilarious but inconvenient aukerman metadata trolling

Why they have the front page thing always open up is so annoying. Makes so many steps to playing a podcast.

Hope you didn’t want to actually play a podcast. Downloaded an episode twice and tried to stream but it will not play. That ‘play’ button? Absolutely useless. I wish I could say this was an anomaly but it happens 90% of the time.

I’ve used stitcher for a few years a logged a few hundred hours, overall it was pretty solid. However lately there have been a ton of bugs. After the newest update the app is constantly giving me an error regarding signing in through Facebook, which I do not do, and keep popping up on my screen. Also new episodes have not been updating/downloading and I have to go looking for them in the app. Really not the best podcast app right now, but with some more bug fixing could be great.

Pretty good but would be better if you could speed up the audio like 1.3x or 1.5x or 2x like other players.

Much better that Apple’s native podcast app. Easy to see and search for what I want.

Switching to a new podcast service app. Keeps crashing wanting me to sign on through Facebook. I don’t mind and have tried multiple times, however it keeps crashing the app. Good bye stitcher.
