Unusable with slow support response.

I decided to download in order to listen to bonus episodes of podcasts I love. Now that I’ve paid for a yearly subscription the app has decided I’m not actually a premium subscriber. Even after logging out and logging back in and deleting and re-downloading the app I still can’t access the content I’m paying for. I emailed customer support and got a form email saying they’re only open Monday-Friday and an initial response may take up to 72 hours. So that’s even more time I’ll have to wait before this is resolved. Reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one who has had this problem. They’ve already got my money for this year but if problems like this persist I won’t be renewing in the future.
It’s a buggy app, but it’s the best we’ve got.

I’ve been using this thing for years (over 3000 hours on here). It’s always been incredibly buggy, but I’ve never found a good replacement. The good: It’s playlist is fantastic, it gets the job done, and it’s library is constantly expanding. It’s seriously the easiest to use podcast app out there, especially if you want to just listen to daily playlists, etc. The bad: One of the most annoying things is that it just randomly crashes all the time now on my iPhone—probably a couple times a day. For all the years I’ve used it I have never understood the offline playing features. It’s not very intuitive. You will get network errors, whereby podcasts won’t play and it will give you a loud disconnect noise that’s terrible (the same noise you get on a large speaker system when you unplug an aux cable).
Please make this app work better

You got me.. I signed up for stitcher because I love Wild Horses and the yet to be released Threedom. I have no problem paying for a subscription and the price is reasonable.. but for the love of god please make this app at least up to par with the apple podcast app.

Basically unusable

This app is absolute garbage. Wanted to listen to some of the premium shows that can only be listened to in this app but it is not worth trying to navigate the horrible interface. Downloaded episodes delete themselves for no reason, the front page/newsfeed is just a very dumb idea... from top to bottom, this app is unintuitive, clunky, and terrible to navigate. I’ve never cared enough to write a review for any app before, but this app is so terrible I wouldn’t want anyone to waste their money. At the very least, there should be a way to subscribe to Stitcher Premium shows but listen to the episodes in another (functional) podcast app.
Ford Stitcher Interface Doesn't Work

In general, the app is good when it works. However, the Stitcher Ford interface to my car is almost unusable and I can't seem to turn it off. It hangs at "Connecting" and I can't control the app after that point. I updated the Ford Sync application thinking that would help and it didn't. Considering using another app.
Disappointing to say the least.

Stitcher Premium has amazing content. The connection to earwolf is what keeps me subscribed. That said, this app is bad. No pictures of guests (that was a feature on howl, the app I left for this one), no guest names in the description if they are playing characters, episodes stop randomly stop playing, not to mention episodes deleting for no reason. It’s not all bad but there is huge room for improvement.

Other reviews have said it but I still gave this app a chance. Well it won't be for long. This UI is awful. Its extremely unintuitive and buggy. There are graphic elements that do NOTHING. Search within a podcast doesn't work. You may have gotten one month or premium out of me but no more.
