It doesn’t always have my accurate order history to select from, favorites do not always show up. And it seems like I have to log back in a lot.

I normally LOVE my Starbucks app. But today while traveling I placed an order to pick up inside the store. When I arrived, the drive-thru was all that was open and in 15 minutes, the line didn’t move. I tried to go inside but the door was locked. I could not wait any longer and was not able to get our drinks. ?

I try to use this app when we go to Starbucks. I get an error every single time! I do not have any updates available, yet when I open it, it tells me there is a system error. When I try to select a location, it tells me there are none available yet I’m sitting in their drive through! I’ve tried using WiFi, I’ve used my 4G. Nothing fixes it. I can’t ever earn rewards because the app doesn’t work.

Love the App, it’s easy to use, and stars add up quickly. Works well during remote ordering, and thinking about that first sip of latte and egg bites gets me up in the morning.

Order to go, easy payment process, ability to look at the menu at any location, ability to create your drink the way you love and store it as your favorite so that you can just select it for pick up at the nearest Starbucks based on your location, perfect app for being on the go
