Had been going back to Starbucks but now with not now knowing if employees have Covid or not, no longer! Yikes!

Shame on Starbucks for not implementing the vaccine mandate for employees and taking the cowardly way out! They have been let off the hook and chose to not require vaccinations for employees. For this reason and the fact that I hardly ever use the app, I am deleting the app. If Starbucks wants my business, then they need to get on board with the vaccine mandate and do their part in curbing COVID.

I love the app. I love how it tells you what the store does and doesn’t have in stock. I just really wished it let you add comments or notes to your drink. I like syrup in my cold foam. No option to add that on the app so I’m stuck ordering my somewhat long drink every time I pull into the drive thru. Just wish that feature was added
payment options

I can’t use a gift card and a separate card to finish payment that the gift card doesn’t cover without reloading the card by a minimum of $10. My only issue with the app
Staff no longer must vaccinate for Covid

Following Supreme Court decision that overturns Biden’s mandate, Starbucks will not have staff vaccinate. I’m surprised by that since most people demand others who serve them to be vaccinated. This just reflects Starbucks’ lack of social values in doing business - I will not be going to local stores.

I love to use the app to make purchases and track bonus stars I love Mobile ordering! I love all the challenges and rewards! I love the red holiday cup! I’m enjoying the holiday drinks ! I love playing The Starbucks for Life game! The Barrista’s are the best !
Stop update requiring
Great game good times
App works fine and then moment you need it there is an update you don’t have. Now your required update missing your window in which you would used app. App needs to be functional with out update.
