App hasn’t been updated in over a year. Always says there was an error. For what they charge it should be faster and more accurate.
Can’t even set it up.

App crashes repeatedly. I then tried to sign up for the service online and that takes you to an insecure website. Come on Sprint, get this right. I would gladly pay for the service but can’t even get the free trial to work.

Crashed every 5-10 seconds. It appears that it would be great to use. Too bad I can’t keep it up long enough to actually try anything. I have 6s with 11+ OS.

I have tried getting passed the sign up part but after clicking the link that is texted to me, and paying for it, it just crashes!! I try to go back to it and it keeps making me sign up. I would like some help with this. Or I want my $6 back
