I would like to give this a honest review, but can’t – Sprint Family Locator Review

I have tried getting passed the sign up part but after clicking the link that is texted to me, and paying for it, it just crashes!! I try to go back to it and it keeps making me sign up. I would like some help with this. Or I want my $6 back
