Like this service. Wish is it would give exact location & would still work even if the phone is off. Driving teenagers figure this out.

So sad this App is ending soon ..The new App thats taking the place of Sprint Family Locator is called Safe and Found and it is useless . I am very disappointed Sprint is not offering both options . I will not be using the new Safe & Found App when Family Locator ends...Safe &Found is very complicated and makes everyone in the family download the App and everyone needs an invite and then the get a code which they have to send back ... I hope you get the picture its a nightmare.Please do not end the Sprint Family Locator App!!
Stuck on ACTIVATE page.

It won’t go past the ACTIVATE page. It says to hit “send” on the next page, but never goes there. I deleted and downloaded again. Checked all the settings. It just doesn’t work on my IPhone X.

It's perfect! Tells you exactly where someone is down to the address and a pinpoint map. The only problem I've encountered is that when I'm out of town (in another time zone) it gets glitchy. Ex: if in my time zone it's 8:15, but it's 9:15 there, it shows me where they were an hour ago and gets stuck --keeps showing me where they were at 8:15 instead of where they actually are currently. This an cause an unnecessary argument if you're checking up on your spouse and they say they are gone and the locator says they're somewhere else...they could be telling the truth and the locator could be messing up.

I have used the app before and when I try using it now it doesn’t even register that I’ve used it. Also, when I try to hit activate (because it doesn’t go past that screen) won’t actually hit the button! I need to know where my daughter is!!!

This app will not work any longer.Will not allow me to activate even after reinstalling and allowing all permissions. Not surprised because this app has never been accurate in the radius of finding a child or phone ,too large of an area.

Every time I try to log in and open the app it seems to freeze up and after a few seconds it closes out
