Never loads. Always says oops something went wrong when I need it the most. You charge and take the money for something that doesn’t work

I love using this app because of how easy it is to set up. It’s very user friendly and it has never let me down. When Find my Phone can’t locate my family, I’m able to go into Spring Family Locator and it locates my family right away!
What is going on with this app?

I try to used for a couple of times and it gets stock in the first part where it gives u the option to press active. Is this app done/ no longer in service or what is going ok?!

Sprint has never been the best family locator. Never the best at pinpointing locations. But I put up with it. This time however, is the last straw. I went for the update, and my Family Locator has not worked since. It keeps saying “unhandled exception “.... “You can try to continue but the application may be unstable”. I really needed this right now. My daughter went to drop off a friend and the road to her house it’s a dark and long road. So much for safety. Plus it forced me to take the update otherwise it would not continue. Then it never worked.

Every time I try to sign in the app keeps closing on me without a reason, you guys have to fix this since I’ve been paying this service it has not worked at all

Didn't open up for me this morning. It asked me to renew the subscription, which I did and confirmed payment, but then never opened up to get passed the sign on screen!

Was excited to download but couldn’t get past the first screen. Absolute Garbage. I only gave it a one star rating because zero stars is not an option. Thanks for upsetting my wife
