Phone freezes, Slow, Inaccurate!!!

Used to love this app. Now, I can’t even find the App on my phone anymore and it keeps putting other members as primary acct holder. It always places my iPhone 8 miles or more from where I am at. I was sitting with my family and the app woRked to find android but couldn’t find the iphones. I am switching to Life 360 which is very accurate and fast.

I have another app which is more accurate. It would be nice to have a more accurate location of the person.

I purchased this app last month and it wouldn’t allow me to manage fam members and add them to track them. The add button was grated out. I tried to get a credit and was denied. I tried the app once more today paying for another month and again the manage fam members is still grayed out. I should get 2 credits.

Gone down hill the past few years

Hello, I hope your team truly read this and other reviews. We have had this at I believe for 13 years. It started out slightly glitchy then it was better for awhile with accuracy down to the address/what place looks like. It no longer does this. Now it just shows us a mass area no pin point whatsoever. This is scary and very disheartening. We thought our child had been killed and we tried to locate the phone and couldn’t. It gave a city wide range which did not help because it doesn’t pinpoint anymore like it use to. We were thankful that my grandma called a few hours later and said he was with her asleep. We have had to replace phones because of horrible accuracy. It also spins and freezes when you go manage family then it kicks you out. truly liked this app a lot but my enthusiasm had started leaving. What has happened to the app? Why can’t you add locations when you are pinpointing another phone. It use to do this so we can lock in our children’s whereabouts. ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️? Come on Sprint family locater. You guys have good and bad points but the bad points are the things that’s most important accuracy and no complications. I hope this gets better so I don’t have to cancel this and find something different. Thank you
