App freezes at the “Activation” point in the beginning. I’m sure I’ll be charged by Sprint for services not rendered.

I love SFL ! We’ve used this for years while my children were in school letting us know when they arrived home safe. I would recommend this service for everyone
Won’t work on iPhone Xs Max

Downloaded this app on my iPhone XS Max and when I try and click activate it says “unhandled exception” and when I click continue the app crashes and closes. I have restarted my phone, redownloaded the app, and even refreshed the app but still no luck. Please fix this

It use to be spot in now you can’t reach the cities in many areas and it never pinpoints the subject as it use to do ,.. wish you’d perfect it again ... so it’s more accurate !!!

This is an excellent app. I'm giving it one-star because hopefully either Safely or Sprint may actually pay attention...the service is perfect for keeping an eye on teens. Please do not deprecate this service. The "replacement" is not good. I am paying for this service and I'd at least like an answer.
