I don’t like the bugs the iPhone version has. I have to hit the refresh button multiple times for it to actually refresh the location and when I change to satellite it doesn’t stay and changes back to the regular map. Also does not seem to be as accurate as the android and zooms way too far in when the location is found

I would like my 5.99 back first off! This does not help you track your family, I’ve tried for an hour trying to track one of my family members and it just kept searching. It started glitching and honestly, it was a waste of time and money

This App can offer much better customer service, customer friendliness, and user friendly. Another poor performance App designed by Sprint. It’s sad to say but I would recommend that people avoid until designer does some fine-tuning.

First, if you want to find a family member, this app gives you a 20 mile radius. Second, when I want to check on my children, Locator sends them a text letting them know that they’ve been located. I can’t stand this app but I have no other choice because 2 family members have androids, 1 has an iPhone.
Works, but bad for IPhones

I like it on my android but it does not work well at all on IPhones. Have to use a different source for the IPhone in the family.

I used the website version for years with excellent results - including helping the police to find my daughter’s phone when it was stolen. I tried to use the website this morning, but received a security notice about the site, so I downloaded the app. It’s useless! I am unable to get past the activation screen & it completely freezes. This is a complete waste
Not working for iPhone 10

This app worked perfectly until I got a new iPhone 10! The activate this phone on the next page has a red x and will not allow me to move. I have deleted the app and reinstalled to find the same issue! HELP!
