Very Disappointed, Inaccurate Locator
beware of this ap
Sprint’s locator is extremely inaccurate. I had several times where it showed my kid at a location other than school. I called the school to find she was there and Sprint was wrong. This happed on several occasions. You can do better than this Sprint ap. Don’t waste your time with it.
Can no longer use the app; It keeps asking to activate the subscription or account

I had been using this app for over two years. Recently I was asked to pay, and I did, a $5.99 of subscription fee to reactivate or renew the service through App Store/iTunes Store. But I could not login and I was repeatedly asked to activate or renew my purchase of 30 days by confirming/paying another $5.99 every time I tried to use the app! I contacted Apple/iTunes Store several times, and they advised that this is a Sprint App issue and the app developers should have a clue and should be able to fix it. Can you help me?

Used to work fine but now crashes as soon as you open it on IOS 11. “Unhandled Exception. I will be asking for a full credit for the whole time Ive had this phone. Iphone X. Just absolutely USELESS!!!

We have had the family locator for a couple of years. Today it shut down and it won’t even let me log in. It has been loading for hours already.

Won't located even if the other phone is 2 feet away from me?!?! Now says my account is suspended and that I need to sign in to reactivate but still doesn't work
