I download the app and load up $10 in app, but I can’t use it!! Try to start the ride but app don’t let me start it!! Scam me $10!! I have iPhone 13pro with newest firmware!! Update, I just check my credit card, they just charged me $19 for nothing!! Beware Scam company!!

I’ve tried Apple and my email and phone but it continues to not let me log in saying there’s a error. Smh

Charged for non-functional scooter

First time user and the scooter showed full battery but didn't function properly. Power wasn’t working but I was still charged in full. Indicated poor experience and the survey link didn’t function either. Go figure. Overall poor experience.

These things use to be the affordable options!! It’s cheaper to rent a car with Free2Move. Very disappointed. And they now top out at 7mph. It was 10.77 to ride for 6 min!!! I feel cheated. And in the winter too?? WOW. Awful deal. I recommend going with Free2Move. Even an Uber would’ve been cheaper.

They have no go red zones all over marina del Rey, scooter will clam up and they give you no way to end the ride. This company should be shut down.

Thought it would be a fun family outing but only one scooter at a time! What about a fun date? Many times you are going to need more than one scooter! Also .25 min, really. So pricey!!

They charged me $12 when they said they’d charge me 10 and then the scooter didn’t even work. I tried to get ahold of someone but never could. They literally stole my money.
