Confusing app for I phone . Not the best condition bikes, had to bend something to not hit the wheel in order to ride.

seat was too high but i could tell it was a useful and good product :( please get smaller bikes that are good for anyone of any height or more easily adjustable seats.
Poor Instruction

Does not describe well how to unlock and lock bike which in turn begins and ends your ride. Following the app instructions it took me 15 mins to figure out i needed to actually pull down a lock when the instructions do not tell you to do so. Update user instructions and this will be great.
Family could not ride together

The bike was fun and Program was easy to use. However, my family was excited to go on a bike ride together but the program only allowed us to rent one bike at a time. Because my kids don’t each have a cell phone, we only got to take turns and watch each other ride around.
Best way to get around DC
Super lexicon
Spin is great. It allowed me to be outside and efficiently get to delicious places to eat, see the monuments and drop off the bike wherever. Besides the free museums this is the best deal I’ve had here :-).
