Poorly made

I’ve used spin before and didn’t have a problems, I currently live on the UCF campus and I have trouble with ending the spin ride every time and I have to ride the scoter back to the place I started when I’m trying to get across campus every time. Not reliable at all and would not recommend to anyone also when you call the help number it is always max so you will not receive any assistance.

This app is horrible at setting up the account. Tried multiple emails and phone numbers. It never works.

TRIED TWICE BOTH TIMES THEY WERE BROKEN AND DON’T START. THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU EVEN WHEN THEY DON’T WORK AND YOU CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT IMMEDIATELY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Bait and switch

Gave me a $1 welcome credit when I signed up. Used a friend’s referral code and it gave me another $5 credit. Great except when I took a ride, it only applied the $1 credit and charged the rest to my card. Asked their support and was told only 1 promo code applies per ride and the system automatically picks the first credit added with no way to change it or do anything afterward. Highly deceptive and not what I expected of this company. At least give a way to remove promo codes and be clear about which code will apply to which ride in advance.

Went through the irritating process of setting up account and doing a safety quiz only to discover the app couldn’t unlock two fully charged scooters next to me. Oh well. I’ll stick to other services.

Overcharged, still going

I take the e-scooter to work every day and park it in the same place, a parking zone where it says the scooters need to be within 10 feet of the post. Reliable and easy source of transportation for the most part. But today it was 2 min from my clock in time when I pulled into the designated zone and it said I couldn’t park there. I walk it around the zone and still nothing although the map has a slightly highlighted P indicating it’s a parking zone. 1 other Spin is there and 2 birds. I have to go clock in and the time is still running, it’s still going. I submit a report indicating the ID number and all, restart my phone, still not working, no response back from anyone. It’s a Monday, weekday in a work week I would expect customer service to be speedier. At this point I’m late to work and pretty sure I’m still being charged til this minute although it’s in the necessary area.
