Ride would not end

No chain

My first experience with your bikes, and after renting realized there was no chain on the bike. Not such a good start.
Enjoyable ride, hard to find

The ride was beautiful and We were very thankful to have this option, but as a family it was very difficult to find 3 bikes together. There were also a few bikes that were on the map but weren’t actually there when we got to the location. In summary, hard to find but once we were going it was really easy.
Bike condition

Handlebars not aligned with front wheel. Front wheel is rubbing. Lots of rattles. Gearing is too hard, too easy, and not just right. Maybe bring gears 2&3 closer together.
Better bikes

We have rented LimeBike, Ofo, and Spin bikes in the last two days, and the Spin bikes are in better condition and create a nicer ride than the other two.
