Push notifications are useless – Spiceworks - Help Desk Review

I don't understand why you can't put the subject of the ticket on the push notification? At spiceworld we were told it was because there were security concerns, which makes no sense. If you work at a hospital and use spiceworks you shouldn't have push notifications enabled anyway. It's not spicework's job to tell us what is or is not a security concern for our particular environment. We are professionals, we will determine that. Please make the app useable and add more information to the notifications. Such a small tweak and this app would go from 1 to 5 stars. Sorry (not sorry) for the rant, but you guys are better than this.
