Online Boarding Passed

Half the time I use this app to checkin, it won’t send me an online boarding pass and I have to print one out. This is ridiculous.

Horrible app. It wont save the flight you enter, you have to memorize ur flight info to constantly get updates. And it will not let me see or save my boarding pass!!! What kind of airline app doesn't let you see ur boarding pass. There isn't even a button to view it! Im shocked.

I use this app all the time for booking and checking in and it works great. The only issue I have is the app on my iPad has no logo to click. I went to the App Store and could not even find the app from the search bar. Is there an issue with iTunes? Not sure I get updates.

Only Portrait Mode on iPad

It would be nice if we could use this app in landscape mode on an iPad. Since iPads are normally in landscape mode when supported by a case or stand, it is a bother to have to pick it up, detach power cord, and put in a stand vertically, then reverse the process when done. Otherwise a great app, but this is enough of a pain for me to rate it down a couple of stars.

Decent app, but some annoying choices

I prefer to fly Southwest, and this app is decent, but it’s missing what seem to me obvious usability features. When I’m logged into the app, it will show me upcoming trips with the passengers and confirmation number. Yet when I go to check in, I have re-enter that exact information which the app just showed me. Ideally, each trip in my list would have a “Check In” control (enabled when it’s within 24 hours), so I don’t have to give it information the app already has.

IPad version?

Fix the iPad version. I have to filter for iPhone only for the app to show up. And then when loaded the icon is blank. Please fix this

Love Southwest, frustrated by the app

Let me start off by saying that I love southwest. I flew southwest exclusively in 2017 on over 25 flights. Problem I have is that I always have to book from my computer. I get an error message EVERY time I click “purchase” which is the most frustrating experience I have on any app. Wish I could get some help from the developer to fix this. Then I’d give it a 5-star rating, without question.

I’ve used the app forever and love it but with my iPhone X when you select dates for travel it’s not obvious how to get back to main screen to continue the booking process. I discovered by randomly tapping the screen, if you tap in the upper right on the blue bar, it will continue correctly. Need to add a button. Thx

I booked a flight for myself and added my husband with the companion pass on my computer. It’s not showing up in the app and it’s telling me to add him again.

No boarding pass???

Got this app so I could use a mobile boarding pass like a normal person. Instead received a note suggesting I print my boarding pass at home or at an airport kiosk. We’re all living in 2017, but this app is still in 2007.
