I use the app constantly - for myself, my husband and our 3 kids. We travel a lot. I’ve done cancels, rebookings, checkin, book hotels, cars, everything. My biggest complaint is not being allowed to get boarding passes if there is more than 1 person on a confirmation!!! This is a MAJOR hassle - and it makes no sense. I’m a programmer and I know it can’t be that difficult to provide this function. You cant even view a boarding pass once you check in. You are forced to get boarding passes at the airport! Ridiculous and very very inconvenient!!

App crashes every time I try to fill out the information for the second passenger. Completely unusable.

No digital boarding pass

I used to love this app, but have been unable to get a digital boarding pass for the wallet app over the last few weeks. It prompts me to go to a kiosk or print a ticket on a desktop. This is the digital age Southwest. It would be nice to get the digital pass.

This app is getting closer to being really user centric. Some suggestions: * Airport selection: Have the first few choices be recently selected airports * Allow the two chosen airports to be swapped. (You can put arrows between them rather than a plane icon) * Don't make me type my cell number every time; remember it like you do my other info, or at least remember recently entered numbers. * Speed this thing up. I spend a lot of time staring at those circling plane icons; sometimes two of them. * Show arrival time somewhere on the reservation card, even super tiny. I can't tell you how often I have to dig through email to find that info when really it should be on the card.
App for iPad?

There doesn't seem to be a SWA app for the iPad? Any reason why? Plan to have one? The iPhone app works great.

I’ve honestly never had any problems with this app. It’s perfect! I love that it supports Apple wallet and all I need is my cell phone to check in and board.
