Unable to login with my info on the app

I can use the app to check in; however I have to do it as a guest. Tells me request is forbidden when trying to login with my account information. I can login via their website on a laptop, but I can’t while on my phone. Very odd. Please fix this. Would be useful if I could get to my info.

I have the latest iOS and still not working. It says must update iOS to use the app. I go to update and iPhone 7 Plus says your surreally updated no updates available?.

Can’t log in - “The request is forbidden - Error 40310000()”. Maybe you guys should test your software prior to releasing it. This app is a total joke!

Using this app makes me feel like Southwest is doing everything they can to deter me from taking advantage of their benefits. Finding my flights never works. Won’t save flights for business that aren’t booked directly by me. Search function is terrible. A lot of times it won’t “find” my confirmation number for check in but finds it in another section.

I have tried and tried and tried to log in on this app to the point that I get locked out of my account. Not good if you are trying to get your check in done on time. I can log in at a computer just fine, but on the app it doesn’t recognize my account. The only thing this app is good for is checking flight status! Very unfortunate and disappointing that Southwest has yet to fix the issue....

Signed into my account with the app, yet the app provides no information about my flight; therefore, it is not convenient to checkin and track my flight. The only purpose I can tell is to show advertising to sell flights, hotels and car rentals. If there are other features of this app then the user interface is poorly designed.

At airport going thru security when notbox appears for need to update and can’t go on with app until update executed Should be able to choose when to invoke at a convenient time!

You can't search by flight number without entering departure and arrival airports. Alerts are by text message only. Push notifications? Actual search functionality? Can you at least get your mobile boarding pass with this? Nope. It's basically a terribly designed website that you can download as an app.

I have notifications off for this app... but I still get them... but they are wrong. I never get useful notifications for my actual flight. Ever. Getting my boarding pass is handy. However, I always take a snapshot of the screen. Invariably the app will stop connecting and require a password just before I need it at the gate. It has potential... I don’t loath it... but I don’t trust it... and I occasionally think very poorly of it.
