Under My Trips there are “Past flights”, “Saved flights”, “Find a trip”, and “Upcoming Trip”. If I could “Find a trip” why I could not save it? Then why there is “Saved Flights” there? “Upcoming Trip” is being only used for a new search? Then you can just replace “Upcoming” by Booking”, right? Maybe this is why this app has 3 stars average of hundreds, while other airlines apps all have 5 stars average of tens of thousands.

This app has just recently been updated so that it now finally remembers all of your recent searches making it so much easier to check flights that you'd like to check on. Now, you put in the all of the flights that you'd like to keep an eye on & later when you return to the app you NO LONGER have to RE-ENTER every single item : To, From & Date of Travel information Will all be saved for you saving time & effort! Great Job Southwest Thank You!!

The graphics on iPhone X still seem to be a little buggy. When clicking on something it will sometimes start in the middle of the page.

Southwest updates have often been problematic, but with the latest update, mine no longer allows picking flights!!! Crappy!! App icon looks weird as well following update.

This app can not keep record of the confirmation number when sign of and no option to sync the Boarding Pass to the Wallet .Here is the bad statement “HOW DOES THE BOARDING PASS WORK ?” : 1/ Check in your flight at least one hour before your schedule departure. 2/ During check in select.....What does this SW app for when I use for check in, show the Boarding Pass, keep confirmations number ....etc.

Recently I have not been able to check in the first time on this app. I wait until the time is exactly right, but without fail, even if I wait a few extra seconds, the first time I attempt to check in I get an error message. When I try to check in again right afterwards, I get in then. Same with my friend. Why can’t we get in the first time?

I love this app. I use it for booking flights, managing my account, checking in and boarding passes. It’s user friendly and I never have any issues with it.

The Southwest app is great. I travel frequently for work so a good app for booking, checking in, flight status, etc is very important. Well done.

I’ve used the SW app for years. Used it yesterday to check in. Now that I’m traveling today, there’s a message covering my mobile boarding pass: “we’ve retired this version blah blah blah...visit the App Store to upgrade.” I click the link to upgrade, and click on “open” (that’s the only choice). Takes me right back to the app I have with the above message covering the boarding pass. Rather ineffective, don’t you agree??
